Terms of Use
Last updated: January 2026
Welcome to the BE Church Food Pantry website. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
About this site
This website provides information about our food pantry — when and where we distribute food, how to volunteer, and how to donate. We try to keep everything accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee it's always complete or error-free. Distribution days, times, and availability can change, especially around holidays.
Food distribution
Food is provided free of charge, first come first served, while supplies last. We make no guarantee about the type or quantity of food available on any given day. Nothing on this site is a promise that food will be available at a particular time.
Donations
- Monetary donations are processed by our third-party giving provider (Tithely). Your use of that service is subject to its own terms and privacy policy.
- We are a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit; monetary donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
- Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe a gift was made in error, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Using the site
Please use this site only for lawful purposes. Don't attempt to disrupt the site, misuse our forms, or submit false or harmful information.
Links to other sites
Our site links to partner organizations and resources (such as Gleaners, Forgotten Harvest, and Food Gatherers). We're not responsible for the content or practices of those websites.
No warranties
This site is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim any warranties and are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its information.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
